What makes a good talk here.
Two things, really: you built it, and you can show it.
- Practical over promotional: how the thing actually works, what broke, what you'd do differently. Not a product tour.
- First-hand: you built it, ran it, or lived with it. The room can tell the difference.
- Show, don't slide: a live demo beats twenty slides. Something running is the best visual you have.
- Anything AI-adjacent: research, infrastructure, product, the messy middle in between. Shipped last week or ten years deep, both work.
The room is mixed: builders, founders, researchers, and the plain curious. Aim it at the smart person who doesn't work in your field.

What we need from you.
Three things, emailed over, and you're set.
- A talk title: plain and specific beats clever (though clever is allowed).
- An abstract: two or three sentences on the thing itself. It goes on the event page word for word.
- A headshot: any photo you're happy with; it sits beside your name on the listing.

Big enough for live code, within reason.

Talks are recorded and published on YouTube. You get the video and photos from the night to share.
